Following nearly two decades of business success, Fapon undertook a fundamental examination of operations, looking into the exciting period of growth and listening to the genuine voices of employees, new vision and mission statements, and core values were announced upon the celebration of 19th anniversary.
These statements reflect on not only the organizational culture of Fapon, but also the set of standards of which every team member should perform, being measured and rewarded. In 13th August, an internal event was held to celebrate Fapon 19th anniversary and the evolutionary announcement of new Mission, Vision and Core Value statements. Employees were engaged and inspired to share thoughts and stories of Fapon culture. Group photos were taken to capture the pleasant recollections of the day.
