We have four antibody discovery technologies: FastHTP for antibody development, P-DisExpress for antibody display in the prokaryotic system, E-DisExpress for antibody display in the eukaryotic system, and the hybridoma technology. These technologies can be used to develop recombinant monoclonal antibodies with high specificity, sensitivity and affinity from various host species.


-FastHTP uses a multi-marker sorting mechanism to uphold the sorting accuracy. Our proprietary culture medium is designed to select thousands of positive clones in one single cycle.


-P-DisExpress is suitable for the development of antibodies targeting micro-epitopes. The technology is capable of enriching antibodies and improving their expressions and activities, therefore, boosting the project's likelihood to succeed.


-E-DisExpress, based on high-quality libraries, delivers stable cell lines that recognize antigens of interest in a single step, significantly shortening the development cycle.


We also own AbEvoTech technology designed to enhance the performance of raw materials through antibody engineering.Using a range of verification methods such as ELISA, FACS, colloidal gold-based lateral flow assay, CLIA and turbidimetric immunoassay, we are able to develop antibodies that target difficult antigens like large proteins, membrane proteins, haptens, among others.

FastHTP

FastHTP is our proprietary technology for the rapid development of high-affinity and highly-specific monoclonal antibodies from single B cells. This technology enables the production of antibodies, in quantities reaching the milligram scale and meeting the downstream evaluation criteria, within a mere two-month timeframe. Furthermore, one cycle of FastHTP can yield more than 1,000 antigen-positive clones.

P-DisExpress

P-DisExpress uses phage display technology for antibody development, directed evolution of proteins and affinity maturation. We have extensive experience in using this technology to develop antibodies from any host species. The library constructed in one cycle encompasses 10^8 clones.
