and analysis platform
Our protein purification platform has been developed by leveraging our extensive experience. This platform is capable of devising purification schemes using capture and polishing chromotography techniques which may involve two steps or multiple steps. The design of these schemes is tailored to the unique properties of target proteins, including their molecular weight, isoelectric point, hydrophobicity, among others. Our protein purification platform includes different types of chromatography, including but not limited to:
- Affinity chromatography
- Ion exchange chromatography
- Hydrophobic interaction chromatography
- Gel filtration/Size exclusion chromatography
We have increased purification efficiency and yields by continuously optimizing chromatographic conditions, while researching and developing suitable protein identification and preservation methods. We adopt analytical techniques widely used in the pharmaceutical industry such as SDS-PAGE, SPR, SEC-HPLC, CE and CIEF for protein analysis and quality control to ensure the consistency of key parameters, like purity and charge heterogeneity, in the production process. Furthermore, quality assurance (QA) and release protocols have been integrated into the process.
