The high cell density culture platform uses fermentors of different sizes, from 3 L to 200 L. The development and optimization of the processes for high cell density cultures maximize cell yields and production efficiency. The maximum expression level is 5–10 g/L. In addition to monitoring key parameters in real time, such as pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, nutrient concentration, among others, our fermentors can automatically control and manage the fermentation process by using cutting-edge sensors and analytical tools.

We have the capacity to increase from pilot scale to industrial production, with a total production capacity of more than 2,000 L.
