Chemiluminescent immunoassay
We have built a comprehensive CLIA platform based on over 20 years of experience in raw materials and reagent services. We provide you with the on-demand supply of core CLIA raw materials, reagent services and open-system instruments in addition to OEM services, registration support, customized development and other services. Our diverse and flexible collaboration models enable you to efficiently develop products on our open instruments and quickly bring them to market. We have developed over 80 reagent services for acridinium ester-labeled (direct) CLIA, supplemented by alkaline phosphatase-labeled (indirect) CLIA, to detect tumor markers, thyroid function, hormones, cardiac markers, inflammation, infectious diseases and other areas. Our reagents are compatible with multiple models in the Shine analyzer family, ensuring their widespread applicability in addressing diverse clinical needs.
To develop CLIA reagents, we adopt various innovative technologies to secure a leading position for our reagents in key performance areas. For example, we have the multi-path directional coupling technology for magnetic bead coating, luminophore conjugation and enzyme conjugation, the in-house protein-free blocker for the magnetic microbead coating process, and the luminescent signal amplification technology for high-sensitivity projects.
