GRASPlex® Multiplex Amplicon Targeted Capture Platform is a highly sensitive, ultra-efficient target enrichment and library preparation technology developed by Fapon. It utilizes multiplex PCR amplification to uniformly enrich DNA fragments of target regions in the sample genome, followed by library preparation.Then parallel testing and in-depth analysis of samples in large amount are performed on major sequencing platforms.
